Dress Code
We’ve had a few people ask what they should wear.
We are hoping the sun will be shining on the day.
We want everyone to feel comfortable in the heat, but we’d also love for you to dress for the occasion (please no shorts or t-shirts!):
Ladies - Summer dresses (the more colour the better) and shoes that will be comfortable given the terrain (see below venue information).
Men - Summer suits / jackets and trousers with a shirts. Ties not required.
Polite Request
We appreciate that our ceremony starts later than usual, and that you will have some time to kill in the morning and early afternoon.
There will be welcome drinks on arrival at the venue, with plenty of drinks throughout the course of the day and an open bar after dinner.
We hope you will make the most of this and save yourselves for the wedding celebrations.

Venue Information
The entrance to the Villa comprises a gravel drive/small parking area, and cobblestones throughout the remainder of the outdoor spaces.
The outdoor space is arranged on split levels, with our ceremony taking place on a grassed area, located down two sets of stairs.
Lake Como is hot in August, usually with lows of 18°C and highs up to 30°C, but it can rain.
We are hoping our ceremony, aperitivo and dinner will all take place outside.
Please bear all of the above in mind when choosing what to wear!
There will be an open bar after dinner, so there is no need to worry about bringing cash on the day.
As Laglio is a small residential village, music is allowed outside until 8pm, and inside until 11pm.

Is there parking at the venue?
There is limited parking at the venue, so we will need to know in advance if you are planning on driving and parking at the venue. Please let either of us know ASAP to ensure there will be space for you on the day.
Plus ones and children
We're very sorry, but in order to meet guest number restrictions, we're unable to extend the invite beyond those listed on your invitation.
We appreciate your understanding.
Do you have a wedding registry?
The most important gift to us is having you travel to Italy to share in our special day.
